FTCH Bishwell Black Magic of Breckmarsh (Henry)
Henry achieved success early in life, winning a novice field trial at the tender age of 14 months. He went on to become a FTCH at the age of 3 years, winning open stakes in 2015. In 2016 he was awarded a diploma of merit and started the following trialling season by winning an open qualifier first time out. Henry went on to add further to his achievements with 2nd and Top Dog at the 2017 championships.
Principle traits such as seeking game and gun sense come as second nature to Henry. He will enthusiastically attack any cover but it is the style and pace with which he does so that sets him apart from other dogs in his class. These qualities, combined with a biddable and genuine nature, means he is a pleasure to train and a trust worthy yet exciting partner in the field.
Henry is available for stud and already has prodigy successfully competing in field trials. A successful trialling dog must display a distinct attitude and ability, but it is the passing on of these qualities that makes a sought after stud dog. Henry's distinct marking ability has been a prominent reoccurring trait in his offspring that sets them apart from others. He has produced several field trial winners and open trial winners, all of whom have achieved this within their first year of competing. His progeny has now reached Field Trial Champion status and are competing internationally in countries such as Denmark and Sweden.
